While we can’t instantaneously change all of the variables in our life, we can change our relationship to them and how we let them affect us. Most importantly, we can change our mindset and our relationship with ourselves, which is what we need to change our world.
Here in our first episode, we want to introduce ourselves, our podcast format, and what to expect in episodes ahead. We want to give you a taste of who we are, why we’re here, and what we hope to share with you.
As we embark on this journey together, we want to start by sharing some of the key tools we have learned from various methodologies which have helped us take more direct control of our mindsets. These are mental exercises, methods, tools, or ways of thinking that can help change our perspective on the spot and ultimately help improve and deepen your relationship with yourself.
Take what works and leave what doesn’t. Modify any of these tools so they work for you. These are YOUR TOOLS and you can use them however you wish. If you find something is really working for you, share it with those around you that you care about.
